Workshops, a map of the product, a clickable prototype, and a fixed quote for Product.
Not included: A finished app. Store listings. Ongoing hosting.

Product
8–16 weeks
iOS, Android, and/or web as one system.
Design and engineering to a live release. Source and store accounts in your name.
Not included: Unlimited new ideas mid-build without a written change.

Intelligence
4–10 weeks
When AI has a real job inside the product.
Features or a scoped agent on your files. A human still approves money, legal, and HR actions.
Not included: A public chatbot trained on other clients. Guaranteed model accuracy.

Launch
2–6 weeks
When the product is real and nobody can find it.
Store listings, bilingual copy where needed, and a first ads or social pass.
Not included: A substitute for the product. Open-ended media buying without a cap.

Keep
Monthly
After go-live, so the app does not stall.
Hosting care, fixes, small changes, and a monthly review in the portal.
Not included: A new product inside the retainer without a new quote.
